Yield: 6-8 Servings
Time: 20 minutes
2 1/2 c Green and Purple cabbage, chopped thin
1 small apple (any will do), chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
3 T evoo
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 tsp agave
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp dill
1/8-1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Toss everything in a bowl and combine. Taste test. Tastes best if served immediately.
