{Herb Hummus}

Yield: 1 1/2 c
Time: 10 minutes


1 15oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic
2 T tahini
1/4 c fresh parsley
6 fresh basil leaves
1 medium scallion
1 T fresh dill
1 tsp honey
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/8 cayenne pepper
1/4 t salt
1/3 c extra virgin olive oil

Throw everything in your food processor and let her go!  Taste test and add more of what you want to your liking.
