{Belgian Waffles}

Yield: 5 waffles
Time: Depends on your method

1c brown rice flour
1/2 c potato starch
1/4 c tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
2 eggs (can use egg subs see extras)
1 1/2 c buttermilk (see extras)
1 tsp sugar

Mix everything in a large bowl and pour in batches onto your Belgian waffle iron if you have one or can be made into pancakes on a griddle.
